We'll we did it everyone! Hug your grandma, high five your boss, french Megan from accounting, the 2015 Ford Mustang is the best Mustang ever!

Ford didn't give me a 2015 Mustang, yet. They probably won't but it's worth a shot because they gave me a Fiesta ST for 6 months last year and that worked out well. I asked, really nicely I might add but I haven't heard back yet. GM on the other hand is dropping a 2015 Camaro ZL1 off at my house next Thursday.

America can now breathe a collective sigh of relief, I know it was pretty touch and go there for a little while but it's all going to be ok.

How do I know? Because the bastions of automotive news have declared that they like it, in print. That's right, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! have begun their verbal happy ending on the 2015 Mustang, right out in the open for all the world to see.

Wait what's that? There's nothing in print yet? It's just on their websites?

Oh shit.

Cancel the duckboats, call off the F-35 flyover, tell Jessica Simpson to crawl back under that rock, the party is off!

How could they do this to us?! They say all these great things about the new Mustang and they don't put it in print?! Unless these declarations made in favor of it's world class quality are put in a magazine, I fear for the newest pony car, I really do.

Until I see the new Mustang on the cover of these automotive institutions with "BEST EVER" & "BMW BEATER" plastered on there, I'm going to assume that the new 'Stang is just another in a long line of disappointments from Big Blue.

If there's one thing we Jalops know it's that a review doesn't mean anything unless it's found in archaic format alongside ads for Weathertech mats and Extenze samples.

SoI don't care how many Web articles, Tweets, YouTube videos, Vines, Snapchats, Instagrams, Ok Cupid profiles, or comments I see declaring it a modern marvel of muscle. The Mustang ain't the shit, unless it says so in print.

Andrew Maness writes about cars because he has one and also has a computer. He's been known to drunkenly Tweet as !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and upload photos to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . He also has a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and thinks talking about himself in the 3rd person is really weird but knows it's necessary if he wants to be taken seriously as an Oppo contributor.

Other thing that pisses me off about the 2015 Mustang's reception is how people (including professional European journalists) are dead convinced it's the first time Ford's selling it in Europe. Since when did everyone become too lazy to check the veracity of their claims, man.
